Most importantly however picking a snorkel that will ensure the swimmer has the most relaxing enjoyable swim possible. With the dry snorkel one can save energy by never having to stop and clean the snorkel out of water, because of the fact that there will be no water in it. This can make swimming much for leisurely and enjoyable, however rushing to a decision is never a good idea, find the style and model that works for the individual. Dry or wet a snorkel will enhance ones swimming experience to a new level.
